James Halprin

James is an Enterprise Agile Coach, trainer and transformation consultant, who is passionate about helping organisations embrace business agility to better compete and thrive in the digital age.

As a Transformation / SAFe Practice Consultant-T (SPCT), James has deep experience helping organisations implement the principles and practices of SAFe, and more broadly the patterns of agility at scale.

James takes a pragmatic approach to transformation and focuses on working with leadership to develop and execute a shared design and implementation plan that delivers the intended outcomes while being mindful of any organisational constraints. The goal is to deliver the desired outcomes leveraging lean and agile as appropriate, not to follow a specific flavour of agile or implement a prescriptive framework.

James has been practicing and coaching agile for 15+ years, and over that time has had the privilege of training thousands of people in Lean, Agile and SAFe across industries and continents, with his classes consistently receiving high NPS scores. James is highly collaborative and brings a passionate, engaging and pragmatic approach to both training and real world environments.
